01 — ENROL
A guided setup link
The client opens a one-time link and follows a short wizard. It installs the agent into the right organisation, then actually tests screen, pointer and keyboard instead of assuming it worked.
Remote support & remote access
Reach the computers you look after — with the owner's consent, on a link that expires, and with every session written to an audit trail. Built for the providers who support everybody else's fleet.
How it works
Remote Login is deliberately boring about consent. The owner installs it knowingly, sees when a session starts, and can end it.
01 — ENROL
The client opens a one-time link and follows a short wizard. It installs the agent into the right organisation, then actually tests screen, pointer and keyboard instead of assuming it worked.
02 — CONNECT
A technician opens a session from the console. The link is time-boxed to 15, 30 or 60 minutes, scoped to one machine, and revocable instantly. Nothing is permanent.
03 — ACCOUNT
Who connected, to which device, in which organisation, when it started and when it ended. Kept per organisation, so a client can be shown exactly what was accessed.
Platform support
Operating systems set hard limits on remote control. We would rather print them than let a customer discover them later.
| Capability | Windows | macOS | Linux | Android | iOS / iPadOS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Unattended remote control | Yes | Yes | Yes | Owned devices | Not possible |
| Attended screen viewing | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | User-initiated |
| Remote keyboard & pointer | Yes | Yes | Yes | With consent | Not possible |

On iPhone and iPad: Apple provides no mechanism for a third-party app to control the device, so no product can honestly offer it. What we offer is attended screen sharing the customer starts themselves, with the technician's pointer drawn as an on-screen ring and a chat channel alongside it. Sharing stops the moment the customer ends it.
Security & consent
Tools in this category get abused when they are quiet. Remote Login is built to be loud on the device and strict on the server.
A session announces itself on the machine being accessed. There is no invisible mode, and we will not build one.
Every session link carries an expiry and is bound to a single device. Revoking it kills the session immediately.
Every request re-derives the caller's role and owning organisation from the database. A role is never trusted from a session or a client.
Organisations cannot see each other. A request for another tenant's device returns exactly what a non-existent device returns — no enumeration signal.
Staff accounts carry TOTP two-step verification, and revoking a technician ends their live sessions and mobile registrations.
Setup proves a device really is reachable by testing screen, pointer and keyboard. A machine that cannot be controlled is labelled as such rather than silently failing later.
Pricing
Charging per endpoint bills a provider more for succeeding. Seats are the unit here, so a growing fleet is answered by adding a technician — not by a bill that climbs on its own.
Starter
$25
per technician / month
Agency
$45
per technician / month
White-Label Pro
$75
per technician / month
No minimum term, no multi-year auto-renewal, prorated in both directions, and the price printed here rather than hidden behind a sales call. There is no metered per-device overage — reaching a ceiling asks for one more seat instead of producing a surprise invoice.
About
Houston IT Developers LLC is a software and managed IT firm in Houston, Texas. Remote Login began as our own internal tooling: we support client fleets — clinics, offices, small businesses — and needed remote access we could put in front of a customer without embarrassment.
The commercial products in this space either price per endpoint, which punishes growth, or removed white-labelling after it was abused. We wanted multi-tenancy a provider can resell under their own name, with the consent and audit behaviour that makes that defensible.
It runs in production today against our own clients' machines. We are preparing it for other providers, which is what remotelogin.ai will serve; remotelogin.io redirects to the same service.
Tell us how many technicians you have and which platforms you support. We will get you set up.
